Jeez if you're CHEAP just COME OUT AND SAY SO. I'm sick of this "cycle of dependency" false piety. At least recognize that the children being fed, the families being housed, the people being helped in time of need so that they can pick themselves up and again become productive members of society are a REAL TANGIBLE GOOD against which the alleged harm of this purported "cycle of dependency" must be weighed.
