The religious DO pay their fair share! They are taxed like everyone else. What the past government recognized is that it is tacky to tax donations ostensibly given to God, but they couldn't say that because there are organizations that are GODLESS who still do good things for society. Why exclude these? So my question is, by "religious" do they mean ALL non-profit organizations, secular or no? Or do they mean "just those pesky Christians and Jews"? If the latter then they are just another persecutor of Biblical believers.
