Actually I don't favor raising taxes on the 47%ers, OR the rich. I would simply deny the right to vote to anyone who does not NET PAY taxes. You're on the government teat? No problem, you just don't get to vote yourself more. The only exceptions: Soldiers, Firefighters, and Police of any form. Teachers? Outta the pool. Government SEIU drones? nope.
