The problem with the polls on who's better able to handle foreign relations is that the public knows virtually nothing on foreign affairs. Therefore, their opinion would be that the incumbent is better qualified to handle foreign affairs based soley on the fact that he has been involved longer. Unfortuanately, most of the public doesn't know enough to grasp the significance of just how disastrous Obama's foreign policy is. They simply like the fact that we no longer have soldiers in Iraq and are bringing home the ones in Afghanistan, without understanding what the implications of those actions means in the bigger picture.
