Henry, did you actually read the column above? to wit: The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has said in three consecutive reports that these projects are not working as planned and are unlikely to save money. If the money isn't "saved" by increased efficiency, then it will have to be saved by cost reductions to providers, and that could (and likely will) cause a lot of health care providers, both hospitals and doctors, to quit providing. That is bound to affect seniors, since they are the most in need of health care in later years. Wake up!!!
