Obama apparently has resurrected his "choom gang" from high school dope days, a gang of zoned out misfits that go through life in a stoned haze. Sadly, the nation is being guided by the "choom gang" with the stoner in chief Obama, encouraging the group to take regular hits so their decisions won't be rational.
