Your arguments are solid as always Mr Adams. I think it really boils down to when does a fetus become a human being or more precisely a United States citizen protected under law. Or even more precisely a citizen of the state in which they reside in which resides under law the right to regulate those things not enumerated under the federal constitution or reserved to the people by it. I think abortion can easily be considered not an enumerated power. That is easy, just read it. It was not specifically reserved to the people in the bill of rights. Just read them. Hence, it is properly regulated by each state as the people see fit or retained by the people as they see fit. At least that should be the law imo.
