Well the part about being a shame he can't fire them all is true. So what's wrong with evaluating the job they are paid (quite well) to do? They are employed for the sole purpose of educating children, that's it. If the students' scores are not up to par, the employees did not do what they were paid to do and should be let go. Seriously, how could anyone have a gripe with that...... Do your job or be let go.
