Your hotdogs have nothing to do with this article by Professor Sowell. What it does have to with is the misconception most Americans of African descent have about the issue of slavery. That is why I find it extremely peculiar that any American of African heritage could ever become Muslim since slavery is a basic tenent of the Islamic faith, even to this day.
