Oh-so-wise cynics always fail to recognize that truths are truths, even if they are believed to be "common" or "hackneyed". Honestly, since so many marriages fail to surmount a fraction of the challenges that Ann Romney faced in her marriage, it's hard to call the truth that marriage is hard work and dedication and commitment, and can be joyful and fulfilling "common".
