I thank God that I was able to retire when I did, prior to this President's election. I saw numerous changes in policies over the years by administrators who didn't have a clue what they were doing. I maintained my classrooom policies and beliefs, rarely had a problem with students, and enforced respect for each other in my classroom. I also thank God I had the good sense to drop out of the teacher union once I realized that it had nothing to do with improving education and all to do with increasing political agendas.
