Murder of an innocent can never be justified. Period. You're just dodging morality. Moral decisions are often problematic. Step up or step out. A rapist may consign an innocent women to great difficulties and nagging, biting reminders. Does that justify the murder of innocents? A first start in to not kill the innocent. Put it up for adoption; do other things, but don't murder it. Morality is often very tough, but you cannot erase murder, can you?
