I assumed he meant rape in which ejaculation takes place in the vagina, which isn't necessarily,perhaps even most often, the case in 'real rapes'. Which doesn't mean the assault was any less traumatic for the victim, but it definitely cuts down on the chance of pregnancy resulting.
