Many doctors will drop Medicare patients when these cost containment go into effect, especially those doctors with superior skills who provide greater services to cancer patients and others with terminal illnesses. Seniors will be the hardest hit and won't know what hit them until they try and get special medical attention for their illnesses. By then it will be too late.
