Obamacare 712 Billion on the provider side, i.e. caregivers received a deal in the affordable care act: they would lowered certain service fees, but would receive more customers vis-à-vis Obama's ACA or 'Obamcare'. The Ryan plan cuts that same amount... but it is cut from the recipients side... i.e. 712 billion less in benefits.
