This past Saturday, I treated my stepson for lunch at a Chick-Fil-A in Lakewood, New Jersey. The place was packed with customers being served by smiling, courteous Chick-Fil-A employees. It appears to me that the restaurant chain's long-term prospects are bright and perhaps have been enhanced by the publicity that this controversy has given them.
