Well, think about it...it's pretty hard to outsource plumber, carpenter and electricians...or for that matter, welders, mason (as in brick/block lay-ers). That's not at all a problem as long as someone bothers getting the training or does apprenticeship. What has changed is that for people with little skills there are far fewer decent paying jobs. This includes clothing manufacture, right rear tailight installers for autos, and many others who once made decent living wages for a job they could be rapidlytrained to do...and we aren't seeing a quick transition of these workers to higher skill jobs. Also, wages have also been depressed by a huge influx of illegal aliens.
