What about the myth that it takes 16 pounds of grain to make one pound of beef. Thing is that in and of itself is true. However cattle graze on land not suitable for farming, Much of what they eat hay and corn stalks is not edible by humans but turns into nutrients and what they don't eat turns into manure. Many sheep and cattle graze off leaf tops of crops not edible by human beings and fertilize the field making it richer in next years crop.
Food eaten by livestock would not be eaten by starving people whose governments don't allow prouction or don't let food get to them. I wonder if Stossell has tackled this myth that people starve because people feed too much grain to cattle and chickens, or global warming is caused by fossil
