...We can always afford to defend Freedom from an immediate threat. I believe Governor Romney spoke well. He defended Israel's right for defense, with or without any help. He also did not give in to the notion we should be weak, as well as, indicate to our friends we will not back them up. Governor Romney did imply and/or I believe he noted he would have Israel's back, per se, whether it is verbally (encouragement), through a typical process of law, consulting, use of weaponry and intelligence, or if need be a blatant physical presence of strength. In the end, "it is what it is." Governor Romney is clear in his support for Israel; he respects their rights; without sentiment for war, as he preferred likeness in Reagan's abilities.
