Regarding killers reloading, I believe that there are two. The first was Kip Kinkel in Oregon. Two brothers (who were Boy Scouts) realized that when Kip was reloading, he couldn't fire. So they rushed him and, even though Kip had finished reloading and shot one, the boys tackled him and ended the assault. The other one was the LL RR shooting. As I recall, during the second time that Colin Ferguson was reloading his only magazine, passengers tackled him.
