Yup, it's always the unions. Bet you didn't know that the APWU, the largest Postal Union negotiated a contract that was effective NOV 2010 that took a two year wage freeze, did you? Or, that we agreed to pay a greater percentage of our health care premiums, did you? Or, that we completely waived any payment of a COLA for yr 2011, did you?
Now, we will get a raise in Nov 2012 of 1% and COLA will again be paid starting in May 2013. So, the trade off is our job security. I can manage that.
