It is unfortunate that, too many, people don't realize that 'outsourcing' simply means that the work is not being done 'in-house'; it does not automatically mean 'off-shoring'. It could be as simple as hiring the kid down the block to cut my grass to buying produce from the farm across the street when I could have cut my own grass or grown my own vegetables. Since I know of no one who has produced every slightest thing that they consume/use, that would make all of us out-sourcers!
