My husband has been receiving VA and SS disability checks for decades, as compensation for injuries he received in the Marines. We have always been very grateful for the taxpayers who have made it possible for me to stay home when our children were little, and for me to care for him at home instead of an institution. I wouldn't vote for Obama if you held a gun to my head, and neither would my family.
