Hey Mattie...please show me where a "State" law can take presidence over "Federal law",i.e.,the Constitution. If they could, the U.S. vs Arizona case regarding dealing with "undocumented" would never have made it to the Supreme Court. States CANNOT pass laws that conflict with existing Federal law, so could you please site a case that supports your position. Thank You
