Well, there is the fraudulent testimony by the Energy secretary when he testified that the scientific panel created to study the safety of continued drilling in the gulf called for a complete shutdown, which was a complete lie. Then of course there is the pay out by the AG department well into the 10's of millions (if memory serves) to "farmers" that never farmed, if they even got near a farm for that matter. Quadruple, at least, the number of black American farmers deserving compensation. That's two off the top of my head, but wait, there was blatant flouting of bankruptcy law in the Chrysler and GM bail outs, and lets not forget the refusal to notify Congress by writ of the War Powers act concerning Lybia, and well, I'm out of room.
