Having recently read the book, INJUSTICE, I can honestly say this doesn't surprise me. Upset me, yes! Surprise me, no. The if the author is to be believed, and he has my confidence, the Civil Rights and Voting Rights Divisions of the Dept of Justice are totally corrupt, political players.
