If it is discriminatory to require a photo ID before someone can vote, then why are airlines, hospitals, banks, educational institutions, car rental companies, etc. not all being sued by DOJ for denying citiizens without photo ID equal access to these services and institutions? If this really were a "civil rights" issue, wouldn't the demand for photo ID be the same as posting a "No Coloreds Served" sign in the window of your business?
