Fiscal conservatives could ask House Representatives in the 113th Congress to elect Sarah Palin as the Speaker of the House. The position of the Speaker of the House doesn't have to be a member of Congress. It can be anybody whom the majority of the House members elect.
A large part of the Speaker's job is to lead the national dialogue on issues important to the nation. On many of these issues, Sarah Palin has been fulfilling the duties of Speaker already.
