Roberts just declared himself king. Congress and the President said they were not levying a tax. If they were lying about that, then a United States citizen has the right to seek relief from their unlawful tax through the courts. But Roberts said it was a tax and voted to impose it. By that action he becomes king because before that the Constitution only allowed Congress to tax. Now we have someone who can impose taxes who is appointed for life. George III was exactly the same sort of individual.
