In the Arizona decision, the Federal government took the position that only it had the right to pass and enforce immigration law, and then defended its decision not to enforce said laws based on "priorities". If the federal government has the right to decide not to enforce the laws it passes, then states should have the right to decide which laws they will implement based on their own priorities. The Obama administration relishes in trying to have everything both ways, but they don't have the ability to enforce Obamacare in every state.
