With the unions gone the teachers will, in a sense, have been given a raise. The union dues will stay in their pockets instead of going to the unions coffers. The teachers will have to work a little harder at teaching to keep their jobs. The school districts can finally get rid of sorry teachers. This will benefit all. Students, the community, the school boards will all be better for it. Just like with Governor Scott, he got rid of the state employee unions and saved enough money to put his state in the black!
