Panda, Research Oliver Wendell Holmes, with specific reference to SCOTUS. When you're finished with that, review the separation of powers clause embedded in the U.S. Constitution itself. You will eventually conclude, as I have, that the Supreme Court cannot overturn legislation in the absence of a compelling public outcry. Give Justice Roberts a break. And then give every active voter you know a thorough tongue-lashing.
