I continue to believe that Roberts is a closet liberal whose life's ambition has been to sabotage the Court. The Court has been ideological for a long, long time. It's been conservatives against liberals. Everybody knows that including Roberts. This was perhaps the most important Supreme Court decision of our time and he knew he would be the deciding vote. He voted liberal. All this nonsense about him wanting to save the Court's reputation of "impartiality" is just that--nonsense. There has never been any impartiality to save. I think it's simple: He's another Souter. And he's just getting warmed up.
