You need to get an understanding of the Kentucky and Virginian Resolutions of 1798. The best way to do that is to read Thomas E. Woods, Jr.'s book, "Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century." Too many people are used to thinking that we are supposed to OBEY unconstitutional decisions of the Supreme Court, unconstitutional laws passed by the congress and egregious arrogant Presidential mandates.
