Cutting costs is the overall answer so why can't we just lower the costs all around ? What about they start to study natural medicine and ditch most of the the FDA's-Big-Pharma's, unneeded, ineffective, over-priced, toxic-side-effect-filled drugs ! Then just stay with the plan we have now, AND "find ways to lower the costs", help the States pay for Medicaid, Medicare, but at lower costs ! Illegal-aliens got to go ! And try to lower the food stamp rolls, not increase them as the anti-American US-Traitor Obamination has done !
