Louie please read the Constitution. There is something in there called the Supremacy clause. That means that the Constitution trumps state laws. So, if the Court says that the Constitution means X, and a state says 'we will not follow X', the Constitution wins. Right now, the court says the Constitution guarantees the right to abortion under certain circumstances. A state personhood amendment CANNOT TAKE AWAY THAT RIGHT.
