Agreed. Savage is not saying to throw the Bible out, as Bozell indicates, but to stop using it to discriminate against your fellow human beings. The Bible isn't a big fan of hate. (Islam is all about hate, but not Christianity, right?) So just like we don't condemn everyone who eats at Red Lobster as horrible heathens, so should we show respect for those who are homosexual. Why is it that townhall reminds me so much of schoolyard bullies? Are you all proud of yourselves?
