How to private school results mirror public schools?
According to the most-recent National Assessment of Education Progress (NEAP) in 8th-Grade Science, private and supposedly "anti-science" Catholic schools out-score public schools in science by nearly 8%.
The overall results for California were devastating. Washington, D.C., who spends among the most per child, ranked DEAD LAST. California ranked only above Washington, D.C. and Mississippi and tied with Alabama. Thanks to poor leadership in Sacramento, California wants to cut a year of science education in the public schools.
