The McCain law allows unlimited political spending by Unions and hard left news media while stopping companies and individuals from participating in the dialog. The McCain law blocked ordinariy citizens while empowering unions. McCain was an idiot when he ran for President and he is still an idiot. McCain-Feingold was the opposite of 'equal protectin under the law' because it favored unions and new media while inhibiting citizens and corporations. If that law had also restricted Union money and 'News' media money it would have been fair; but it didn't and it wasn't
