Thank you, Mr. Barber. The anti-Mormonism rampant in the campaign for the nomination led to hysterics that have made the non-leftist segment of the American electorate confused. Romney has been painted by political spin to an extent that few perceive his real preferences and penchants. The Mitt Romney of the book "No Apology" is quite trustworthy. I recommend the book to those who remain uncomfortable with him. Romney's LDS faith is absolutely pro-life. When Mitt ran for the governorship in Boston he knew he could not win in that state on a pro-life platform, so he said he would accept the state's pro-choice bias. That was certainly not because he favored abortion.
