As I recall, most conservatives were put off by the Gingrich and Perry attacks. Santorum and Paul were the 2 who didn't participate. I think it was Brit Hume who reported that Bookers Twitter site went crazy, that's why he back tracked so soon, of course that doesn't mean Obama's people didn't also call him out.
