Not if they can keep all the income they create, without the IRS looking over their shoulder as their "public-private" partner, with consistent and predictable sales taxes we can all plan our purchases with certainty and confidence, not so with the execrable and discriminatory income tax that are nothing more than a political football for politicians and their cronies to get in your face all the time.
