The Liberal Mind VS Facts is correct in his assumtion that Obama is punishing those states that voted RED in '08. Look at what AZ has gone through. I'm sure if you look at the states that have received the benefits from the huge waste of money in government Green investments, you will see that few (if any) of the Red states (displayed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2008) have benefitted.
