The business of Living Off The Dole is a booming career choice at the moment. Sure it is currently heavily skewed toward racial minorities, but only because they were there at the beginning. Whites are catching up fast. More and more blacks are abandoning the handout culture and what is left are the very vocal hangers-on and the white newcomers.
