I don't usually comment on these far right web-sites , but thought I'd check this out. None of the outraged commentators here did obviously, because this "secret section" doesn't exist. There is no Sec. 1310(b)(3), on page 781. Page 781 relates to other issues and there literally is no Sec. 1310. Got it? He's got you all upset about a section of the bill that he made up! Don't ya think someone else would have discovered this by now!!
