He authored a bill to audit the Fed. In a limited, form, it passed, and resulted in a limited audit. Perhaps you believe that we need more federal laws. You believe that you, or those around you, are incapable of running your own lives, so you need more detailed rules from above. So you prefer congresscritters who come up with all sorts of nice sounding laws that interfere with our ability to conduct our own lives and are patiently unconstitutional. I, on the other hand, want 95% or more of all federal laws repealed and have no desire to add more federal rules that are arbitrary, impossible to obey because of their large numbers, and should either not exist at all, or should be on the state level. What he has done is vote no a lot.
