More TSA incompetence in Newark. Why is the passenger being charged for the screener’s negligence?
These breaches seem to happen once or twice a week delaying passengers for hours and costing the airlines tens of thousands of dollars in schedule disruption. TSA posted a 70% failure rate in GAO tests last year, has had 78 reported security breaches in the last 16 months and continues to jeopardize airline safety. Harassing passengers and humiliating them isn’t airport security, it’s a charade.
TSA's lack of responsible management is why this agency is such a disaster. It has become a national disgrace and needs to be dismantled and replaced.
