GWB no more created the problem than did Obama. The problem was created by the financial industry creating products that no one understood that was built on expectations rather than rational economic or business data. I hate to say this but in one area, the lack of regulation killed us. GWB contributed by having two unfunded wars, a Part D medicare program that was unfunded, a tax cut that was unfunded. Obama continued the policies of GWB except that he dumped billions of $$ into the economy maybe saving our economy in the short run but killing us in the long run. Screaming about Obama will have no real impact on what really happens in the future.
