If he's nominated, I would hope that one member of the review panel would have the balls to ask him what his private conversations with Le Duc Ho were all about (in Paris, during the peace accords), and how he feels about having his photo hanging next to "Hanoi" Jane Fonda in the Hall of Heroes, in the Vietnam War Museum...
