Please do not fall for this Paul Ryan the fraud again!! The media & not so well informed people on the right fall for this fraud & he gets a free pass by the fawning media such as Hannity, Rush etc. Even Mark Levin fall for this guy's rhetoric...Conservatives, Tea Party people, Libertarians...CHECK HIS VOTING RECORD! He supports every Boehner's RINO policies & does not stand for one thing against the Obama's regime! He is angling to run for the republican nomination for 2016....nothing more! He will only bring up things that he knows will not be passed while he will not stand against things that his vote will be counted (debt limit fights, stimulus spending...). The problem with this or any multi-year budget is that the present Congress cannot bind any future Congress to a decision made today. Ryan's budget (which is a step in the right direction) will only bind the Congress for this 2013 budget and the 2014 budget. The Congress that is sworn in Jan 2014 will be under no obligation to follow this budget deal. Which is why it is so important to get a balanced budget NOW not 10 years down the road.
